How do I set up an House Account?

Our House Account System is Pre-Paid Balance service that we offer for your convince (perfect for when you are out on a stroll and need a coffee, or for the sitter when they bring the kids for ice cream after the beach!) It has never been easier to set up a House Account, simply purchase a 101 E-Card beforehand and you will be able to pay for your order by providing your email to our front of house employees. The next time you stop in, we will assign you a house account number that you will use (in addition to your last name) to pay via House Account!

When you are ready to reload your balance, purchase a new E-Card using the email tied to your House Account. (Note: We ask that you leave a credit-card on file with us for any orders that might go over your current balance.)

How can I tell what my balance is for my House Account?

Your remaining balance will be listed on the screen of our cash register after every purchase. Additionally, your remaining balance will be listed at the bottom of any physical and digital receipts.

Is there outdoor seating available?

Yes, we do have outdoor seating available. We have two outdoor tables that are available year-round and an additional four tables that are available seasonally. Please note that outdoor seating may be subject to weather conditions and availability. Thank you for considering us for your outdoor dining needs.

Do you have a bar or serve alcohol?

We are a BYOB (bring your own bottle) establishment, which means that we do not serve alcohol on premises. However, we do allow customers to bring their own wine or other alcoholic beverages to enjoy with their meal. If you are interested in bringing your own alcohol, we recommend stopping by Rowayton Liquor on your way to our restaurant to pick up your preferred beverages. They have a wide selection of wines, beers, and spirits to choose from.

Do you provide Catering services?

Yes, we offer catering services for both sandwich and cupcake orders. Our catering menu includes a variety of sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. To place a catering order, please contact our dedicated catering team in advance. We will work with you to customize your menu and ensure a memorable catering experience.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we do have options for those with dietary restrictions. We offer gluten-free options on our menu and can accommodate other allergies as well. If you have any specific allergies or dietary needs, please let us know when you place your order.

Is there parking available?

We have a limited number of parking spots available for our customers. There are marked street parking spots located near our restaurant, as well as the first three parking slots in the lot to the right of our building. Please note that these spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot guarantee their availability. We recommend arriving early to secure a parking spot, or you may need to find alternative parking in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer takeout or delivery services?

We do not currently offer delivery services. However, you can call us at 203-853-1050 to place an order for in-store pickup. Simply let us know what you would like to order and a rough estimate of when you would like to pick it up, and we will have your order ready for you when you arrive.

Do you accept reservations?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept reservations as we do not offer table service at our restaurant. However, we do offer the option to book our back room for private events.
